Another new brewery here in Wales to spring up in the last year is Tomos a Lilford. Based in Llantwit Major in the Vale of Glamorgan. Jag ska sälja av större delen av min bryggutrustning på grund av utomlandsflytt. Allt finns i centrala Göteborg för avhämtning. Kan även tänka mig skicka vissa mindre grejer mot att köparen betalar frakten. Förtur om någon vill köpa fler grejer som t. all fatutrustning tillsammans eller kylskåpet termostaten. Själv älskar jag Nelson Sauv.

Tuesday, December 27, 2016. 2016 reflections and 2017 goals. Out of the year I had about 4 months of so where I could reasonably brew, and this was quite limiting.

Been meaning to write this post for some time, but now that the temperatures are dropping, brewing is coming back onto the schedule. The eighteenth attempt at all grain brewing focused on two new techniques. Firstly, I ditched BIAB. I was getting hacked off with poor fermentation, driven by the lack of fermentable sugars rather than poor fermentation conditions. I wondered whether a proper sparge would give me better results.
